It is a total image-based solution that can process information faster than performing the work in-house.  The mailroom process begins by receiving, opening, sorting and batching any type of critical documents.  Once the document scanning and prepping stage has been completed, the original documents will be returned to the customer with the electronic images or HOV can manage the secure destruction of the original documents. 

There are a wide variety of input formats including Text, Xerox, AFP, PCL, TIF, GIF, JPG, PDF and more; with the ability to output documents through fax, print, email and/or saving to a local drive.
